Digital Literacy for Seniors

SMFC - Seniors Events Seminar

SMFC believes in Ensuring Our Seniors have the techical literacy to live in this era

Our elders are living treasures—bearers of wisdom, history, and experience. In every society, caring for seniors is not just a duty but a profound act of compassion, gratitude, and respect. As they cared for us in our early years, it is now our turn to serve them with love, patience, and dignity.

In Islam and all major faiths, honoring and supporting the elderly is a noble act. The Holy Qur’an and the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

emphasize kindness to parents and the elderly, reminding us that this is a path to divine blessings and societal harmony.

Caring for seniors is not the responsibility of a single group—it is a collective duty for all of humanity. Whether through family, community support, volunteer work, or institutional care, every act of service count. Let us build a world where no elder feels forgotten, and every senior feel valued.
